Volunteers Needed

The Communications Committee is looking for volunteers to work in the following areas:

Carol Sin, September Volunteer
"I've been a volunteer for CCN since May 1994. My volunteer experiences have been rewarding; learning HTML and showing others how to use CCN. You might have had me for User or IP Training. I've also been at various internet shows for Chebucto. I'm currently on the Userhelp mailing list, and help maintain the CCN FAQ. When I'm not on Chebucto, I study Computing Science and Statistics at Dalhousie University. My name is Carol Sin."

We would like to feature other volunteers in coming issues. Please send along a short paragraph with your name, how long you have been volunteering, why you decided to volunteer and perhaps a short statement about your regular activities, work or recreation would be great. Send it along to the editor of this page.

Volunteer List
All of the original CCN volunteers have been moved from the old ccn-volunteers list and now reside in a new list called volunteers. New volunteers have been adding themselves to this list and those from the old list who have wanted a change of pace have been unsubscribing themselves from the new list. We invite you to investigate the benefits of volunteering and find out more about becoming a ccn volunteer.
