I would like to know why I can not save and use the html profile that I uploaded. But after I uploaded it and named it profile.html, I cannot access it. What's wrong?
Unlike DOS, the UNIX operating system used by Chebucto is case sensitive. Your online profile must be titled Profile.html, not profile.html. The capital letter "P" is the difference between a working profile and an inaccessible one.
I sometimes get a warning about being over quota. An error message says something about not being able to save something. Does mail I try and send actually get sent when I see this warning?
Yes. The error message refers to failing to save a copy to your "sent-mail" folder. The mail does get sent to its destination since the mail system operates independently from the quota system.
